You have 7 days to log a return with Fun Avenue after you have recieved your products.You must inform us of your decision by means of an email to info@funavenue.online.Make sure to attach photos to clearly show that you recieved the product in a damaged state.Provide your order details, including the order number and purchase date.Once your return is approved, you must send the item back to us. We will process your reimbursement no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.Conditions for Returns
